Video #2: Restorative Bolster Series

This video explores how to find space and breath in your body by using a bolster and blankets to purposely support your body in select positions. These positions invite you to breath into areas of your body that may be tight or less aware, simultaneously maximizing your respiration for movement and for life.

The video teaches ways of propping your body in unique ways that support positive changes in your posture. When you breathe deeply into your lungs to actively move your diaphragm down along the length of your torso during your inhalation, you set up the possibility for truly letting go during your exhalation. Together, you optimize oxygen/waste exchange, and learn recuperative ways of connecting with your body and self. Enjoy!
