Video #1: Waking Up Your Spine!

This video explores how to “Roll out the Soles of your Feet”! There are, of course, many ways to do this, and here are a few. After massaging your feet and connecting with the ground, the video continues with a movement sequence, called “Rolling Down Your Spine”.

The movement lengthens the back fascial line of the body while helping you to stand tall with lightness and space in your body to breath and balance with ease. These two movements are so useful for getting you ready for your day, to help you recuperate at the end of your day before starting your evening, or before retiring to bed. Enjoy!
