Free Community Virtual Classes

Hello Friends, Family and Community!

I am creating free Pilates and movement videos for all of you to help you get through this COVID-19 holdup!

The following video and videos to come, are recordings of my daily Self-Practice, offered here as a way to help you keep exercising and healthy. Dancing like no one is watching is also a good idea. We will do that too!

My intention is to regularly record my daily practice so you can join in. These videos are free and yours to return to as often as you want. Please share them with friends and family through my website, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channel so that anyone can take advantage of these free sessions at will and as support during these times.

Kids will love them too. They are great improvisers!

Each week there will be more Self-Practice videos posted here, and on my YouTube Channel,  So please remember to come back for more! No two videos will be the same.

Namaste.

Free Community virtual Classes: Yes We Can #1

Free Self-Distancing Classes: Yes You Can! #2

Today’s Community Self-Practice video is a standing movement meditation that explores flexibility, mobility, alignment, balance and strength, together with learning how to use your breath to centre and move with grace.

Free Self-Distancing Community video #3: Moving to Music, Follow the Flow!

Hello Everyone, Today’s Second Wind video has no instruction. I decided that since it is the weekend, I would just do my thing to music and see what comes out. Follow as you can and wish to.

Remember, you can pause anytime and rewind. Do what feels right for you. It is your time and your body. The video is at an intermediate/advanced level, so please take care of yourself.

See you next week for lots more to come!

Free Self-Distancing Community video: Easter Sunday Morning Body-Mind Recalibration

In this video, I share my morning practice. The focus is on ‘waking up’ our spine and core – turning into our central axis and head-tail connection so that we can then explore our right and left sides, as well as our contralateral connection through our whole body. Deep core connect to self, the world and each other.

Happy Easter! Stay well, stay blessed, care for each other.
